Spent the weekend with Juno to start my 2024 🥰
We are back on a full schedule tomorrow & I would just like to take this chance to inform you all of the policies going forward (I promised myself I would be firmer with these in 2024!)
💙 All weekly bookings need to be made by the Wednesday before, we can no longer accept any bookings made after as we’re just too busy. It takes me about 2 hours a week to put together planning & I need it right first time
💛 Payments are to be made in advance. If you are a monthly customer these are to be made on the last day of the month. Weekly clients need to pay by the Sunday. Unfortunately, if payment is not made on time, the service will not go ahead
💙 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded. Lauryn & I work very hard, we have our bills to pay and can’t fill any bookings that are cancelled during this time period
💛 Weekend work will continue to be charged at time & a half and this isn’t negotiable. We work hard during the week & giving up our weekends deserve a fair pay
💙 Dogs will only be allowed off lead when we are comfortable doing so. This is not only to safeguard the business but also all dogs.
I will be drafting these up in the coming weeks & we will drop them in on visits to get them signed.
