Just a reminder that our CR runs tomorrow from 11-2pm.
• Gates open at 10.15am
• Parking and jumping is on grass
• height starts at x poles and goes up every 30 mins
• cash on the day is fine, £5 per round

If you’re concerned about parking on grass please message me on 07740794636 and I can direct you to hard standing although spaces are limited.

The course is all ready for tomorrow, different to last time with extra fillers. I used my inspiration from our time at hickstead to course build so there are some testing lines. Good for anyone that has competitions coming up over the next few weeks. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

**********Parking update ********
Due to the glorious weekend so far we are allowing cars/trailers to park in the field. You will access the field from the main road, not through the yard. The entrance is nearly opposite Hyde lane. The external gate will be open and there will be cones/small signage up from 9am, to allow you off the road, the internal gates will be shut due to sheep in the field and will need to be kept shut. Parking information for Monday’s Eventer challenge
All lorries will be parked at the yard on hard standing. We’re nearly opposite the turning to Hyde Heath. We will make a decision about whether to park trailers on grass or hard standing on Sunday evening so please watch this space, if you would prefer hard standing then please let me know. We’re busier than expected so thank you for the continued support. We’ll park you as best we can but please be nice and considerate.

Rules and judging guidelines:
• Please print and provide your own numbers and cross country bib
• No fixed peaks allowed
• Hats must be worn at all times when mounted
• Body protectors or air jackets must be worn
• Horse/ponies must be 4 years or older
• Placing to sixth
• Classes may be split between horses and ponies or juniors and seniors if sufficient entries
• NO DOGS
• Please keep children under close supervision
• This show is being run as a confidence building show to encourage all competitors

*No liability shall fall on the organisers, landowners, judges and officials in respect of any loss, damage or injury howsoever caused and all competitors are deemed to be liable to indemnify the said persons in respect of any such loss, damage or injury or injury.*

All classes will be judged as follows:
• All double clears will get placed above competitors with faults
• The winner will be the competitor nearest to the optimum time with the least amounts of faults and the other placings will follow suit, all poles knocked across both phases will incur 4 faults for each error.
• Up to 3 stops will be allowed across both phases which will incur 4 faults for each refusal. The 3rd refusal will result in elimination, horse/rider will be allowed to carry on and complete the course if deemed safe to do so.
• There won’t be any faults marked for getting lost on course or crossing your tracks.
