Here at the farm we offer accommodation for anyone whether you require short term or long term, it’s a great place to be.

1 bed mews cottage available in Little Kingshill which also has on-site stables if required. Enquire within.

It is close to public transport links from Great Missenden and High Wycombe. Also very close to all motorway access. Access to beautiful footpaths, countryside, pubs and restaurants.

Accommodation comprises of:
1 bedroom/1 bathroom
Lounge and kitchen diner, include fridge freezer, Dishwasher and Washing machine
Good sized bathroom
Underfloor heating
Has it’s own patio/and parking
Close to public transport
Rent includes part Electricity, Water, Council tax, and Wifi.

Offered unfurnished but can offer part furnished if required.
A dog will be considered.

Accommodation deposit of £1,200.00. Accommodation rent is £1,200 PCM. Deposit is held within the Deposit Protection Scheme. Minimum tenancy 3 months. References will be required for accommodation.

Affricks Farm is a friendly and supportive livery yard set in the beautiful chiltern countryside, offering good facilities which include,

direct access to miles of off road hacking,
floodlit 60m x 20m arena with mirrors and viewing gallery,
access to full set of jumps,
cross country water complex,
lunge pen,
indoor horse walker,
hot and cold wash down area,
rehab turnout pen
secure tack rooms,
washing machine,
kitchen corner for the all important tea and coffee!

Additional services available include, exercising, lunging, hacking, clipping and trimming, competition prep etc. Lessons are also available from qualified staff although outside instructors are welcome.

We have Indoor and outdoor stables and staff living on site for your peace of mind.

We currently have 3 spaces available. We offer both 7 day and 5 day part livery. Prices start from £450pcm for 5 day livery and £520pcm for 7 day. Please contact Joy Dawes on 07786 000023 for any further information.
