I have been grooming dogs for over 5 years and I am trusted by my clients in providing their pooches with all the pampering they require! We pride ourselves on offering a quality service which puts the needs and well being of your dog first. We operate a one in – one out policy so your dog will never be nervously waiting in a cage before or after their groom.

Apparently we have more snow forecast tonight 😐 I will be up early in the morning and will assess the situation then as to whether the salon will be open tomorrow.

If anyone would prefer to reschedule their appointment to another day, please let me know, I’d rather everyone stays safe.

Wishing all my customers a very Happy New Year. Here’s to good health and happiness in 2025.

I am back at work and as ever my diary is filling up fast.

Don’t forget that Saturday appointments are limited and should be booked asap and in advance.

I do have a limited availability for new customers - sadly in recent weeks two more of my customers lost their faithful companions due to old age 🥺

Unfortunately two of my customers have recently lost their dogs to ill health and old age 😢

It’s always a privilege to be a very small part of a dogs life, and I always feel sad at the news of a dog passing. 😢

I therefore have space to take on two new customers, with appointments available in the New Year.

I work on a 1-1 basis, I’m City & Guilds level 3 qualified and fully insured. I have been qualified and worked as a dog groomer for many years.

As well as grooming I also offer Emmi-pet ultrasonic teeth cleaning (to grooming customers).

I’m always trying to instill to puppy owners how important it is that their pup is seen by a groomer early, to desensitise them to the sound of the dryer and the whole grooming process. Today Charlie visited me for the first time, and what a good boy he was. He’s only 13 weeks old! 🥰 He had a bath, thoroughly dried, brush through, feet trimmed, face trimmed and his nails clipped. I’m looking forward to seeing him again in December 🐶

Our story

A new salon owned and run by Angela Walker, who is City & Guilds trained, a member of the Pet Industry Federation and The British Dog Groomers Association. Fully insured.

Angela has had dogs and ponies as part of her life for many years. Following a career as a medical secretary and an events manager she made the decision to follow her passion to run her own business and work with dogs.

Over the years Angela has had the privileged to be owned by a Bea a Golden Retriever, Milly and German Shorthaired Pointer, Max another GSP and Murphy a Labrador. Nowadays at home there are three terriers, Annie a Border Terrier, Minnie (daughter of Annie) and Jack, the Jack Russell.

Angela’s other passions are playing golf with her husband Andrew, and also breeding and showing ponies with her daughter under the Seves Stud.
