Lisbeth Nursing Home We offer short and long term services including Residential, Nursing and Dementia Care. Every day should be meaningful, different and have purpose.

We understand that moving into a Care Home is a big step, which is why we feel it is important to involve family members as much as possible. We offer “Supported Admissions” for our new residents. This is where a friend or family member can stay at our home on the day of admission with their family member to help them settle in and enjoy their first meal together and get to know our wonderful staf

f. I am Andrea Walker, the Home Manager. I am a qualified Nurse and have been working in care for 30 years. I want to tailor every aspect of our residents’ care to their specific needs, wishes and individual personality. Each of my residents will be treated with respect and shown love as if their were a personal family member. Every member of my team is skilled, patient, compassionate and always willing to go above and beyond simply to re-assure and make our residents happy.

On Wednesday 4th September Healthwatch Staffordshire completed an Enter and View review of Lisbeth Nursing Home.
Whilst the report will be available on the internet I wanted to share the recommendations they have made.
I am so proud of my staff and all they have achieved in the three years we have been open and this report is a reflection of all that they do.

Recommendations:
'At this stage, we have no specific recommendations. However, we suggest that Lisbeth Nursing Home share its good practices with other facilities, as their model seems to be excellent.
We would like to acknowledge and compliment the efforts of all the staff and congratulate them. It is a true reflection of what care should represent, and we hope they continue to thrive. '
