What is the temperature like where you live? 🤔 As summer quickly approaches, here is a quick reminder to say that rising temperatures can make it quite uncomfortable for your guinea pigs 😰 Keep them cool and prevent heatstroke by following some of these important tips!

☀️ Cold Tiles: chill a tile in the freezer and wrap in a towel for your guinea pigs to rest on.
☀️ Cucumber: this veggie is made up of 96% water which makes it a great choice to aid hydration.
☀️ Cold Towel: chill a towel in the freezer to provide your piggies with a cool place to snuggle.
☀️ Frozen Water Bottle: fill a bottle 2/3 of the way with water and freeze. Wrap in a towel and place in your piggies home for them to rest next to.
☀️ Room Fan: use a fan to circulate the air in your guinea pig's room. Never point the fan directly at your guinea pig's cage.
☀️ Shaded Areas: If your guinea pig is enjoying time outside, be sure to provide plenty of shaded areas for them to take cover under.
☀️ Fresh Water: be sure to frequently top up your guinea pig's water bottle to keep themselves cool and hydrated.
☀️ Water Mist Fur: if your guinea pig tolerate it, lightly dampen their fur with a wet towel OR, lightly spritz a cool water mist on their fur (do not overdo it!)

A lovely lady has to unfortunately rehome her rabbits I have had one but that leaves 2 beautiful large loppy sisters and their mother looking for a good home could anyone help them please. Please realise that rabbits are not just to be put in a cage and left they need injections worming a run and company. Rabbits are a very abused animal bought because they are cheap or cuddly or for a child it is a commitment like a cat or dog. Please share to try to find these beautiful rabbits a forever wonderful home. Thank you.

Well it wasnt planned literally had 2 bunnies turn up on my doorstep who need help now lots of TLC lots of handling and trips to the vet.

Percy is our rescued guinea pig who came to us with bad health a lump on his back no confidence and burns to his feet he is now successfully getting better after major surgery to remove the lump and as you can see looking beautiful after lots of TLC.
