I’m Brendan Blyth, a dog owner who has found a real passion for training puppies using a ‘Balanced approach’. I have spent the 1st year of my dogs life learning as much as possible not only about how to teach puppies to do the basic obedience (sit etc), but delving deep into the world of canine psychology and training techniques. When starting the journey with my new puppy I found a real lack of ‘

balanced trainers’ in inverclyde, or even Scotland, so had to find online courses from world renowned canine behaviorist Will Atherton. Working through these courses and learning the psychology of why we do things the way we do, not just how we train dogs to sit has given me a real passion to pass on my skills to other dog owners. I firmly believe that the role of a dog trainer is as much about training the owner/s as it is about training the dog. With my 10 years experience training people to drive I feel well placed to be the trainer who helps you unlock the world of possibilities that a well mannered, well socialized obedient dog brings. I hope to build my passion into a business which not only supports my family and myself but helps owners of new puppies unlock the joy of living with a well mannered, well socialized and obedient dog for its whole life.
