Sorry we have been a bit quiet on here just lately, it's been a tad hectic! 🙈
Our schedules are rapidly becoming full and it will not be long before we need to start a waiting list. With this in mind, we just have a little bit of house keeping that we would like to go through with you.
Appointments ...
Please book as far in advance as you can manage.
If you cannot make your appointment for whatever reason, this is ok. We appreciate that life sometimes gets in the way. However, if you could please give us as much notice as possible, we would really appreciate it. We are getting full and there are others that would happily take your slot;
Arriving at your appointments ...
Please arrive on time to your appointment and do not enter until your allotted time. The staff and I need time in-between patients to clean down and write up your notes. It is also unfair to our patients if you arrive early when they are still in session as this is very disruptive for all.
Appointment slots ...
Our appointment slots are 1 hour long in our diary. However, if you are attending a fitness session you are only allocated 30 minutes. This additional time gives us staff time to catch up with ourselves, water test etc. Please do not linger as you feel that you should have the full 1 hour time. The fitness/maintenance session are a reduced fee to reflect the time slot. That being said, if your patients need longer for whatever reason, we will not rush them. We are patient led here at HydroPet.
