🐰 Terms & Conditions
💸 Reserving
▫️The bunny that you choose is only yours once you have paid your deposit. I cannot “Hold” your bunny without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and it cannot be swapped between bunnies (unless your chosen bunny becomes unwell in my care)
▫️From around 4 weeks of age, bunnies can be reserved. This is when I can s*x them, however it is not always 100%
accurate at this age. I will continue to check the s*x and will inform you if there was an error.
▫️After reserving your bunny, we can arrange a collection date.
🚗 Collection
▫️ At 8 weeks old, bunnies are ready to be collected.
▫️ Please use a pet carrier lined with a blanket or towel to keep them as comfortable and calm as possible on their way to their new home. I will provide you with some hay from their hutch for them to munch on and have a familiar smell with them on their journey.
▫️ Your bunny must be collected on the date and at the time we have arranged. If you do not show and there has been no communication within 48 hours of the agreed collection date, I will assume you no longer want your chosen bunny and find them a new home. You will forfeit your deposit.
🏠 Holding/Boarding
▫️ Holding your bunny. After paying the full amount at 8 weeks old, I am happy to hold them for an additional week if you cannot make your original pick update. After this, you will be charged an additional £14 a week to cover the cost of food and care for your bunny.
👀Viewings
▫️ I am happy to arrange viewings with you however handing will be kept to a minimum with compulsory hand sanitizing before and after handling due to the risk of you potentially bringing in VDH and MYXOMATOSIS. Both mum and dad can be seen but again to prevent any unnecessary risk can send photos and videos of the bunnies, and you will also see updates on the page too.
👋 Selling My Bunnies
▫️ I reserve the right to NOT sell to someone I feel uncomfortable with or believe that my bunnies will not be taken care of. I will not sell my bunnies to anyone under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
🩺 Health Checking
▫️ I will do a basic health and well-being check with you to ensure your bunny is fit and health before leaving. In the unlikely event that anything health-wise should happen to your bunny within the first 5 day - I will be happy to take your bunny back for a full refund along with a report from the vet stating what the health issue is. I will not accept the bunny back and refund you if your bunny contracts VHD or MYXOMATOSIS as vaccinations should be booked
💉 Vaccinations
▫️ These are your responsibility and should be done as soon as possible. Please do your research before picking up your bunny, there are lots of pet plans you can subscribe to with your vet that will cover annual checks, flea and worming treatment, flystrike, and your vaccinations.
▫️ Example: Pet Health Club, Vets4Pets, Medi Vet. It’s good to check with your local vets about what is available.
🏡 Your Set Up
▫️ I would like to be informed of what set up you have arranged for your bunny at least a week before the arranged collection date. This is so I can be sure your bunny is going to a home where they will be happy and healthy. This also gives us time to talk through any additional advice or adjustments before your bunnies arrival.
🚘 Picking Up Your Bunny
▫️ We do not accept pet couriers. However, if your circumstances change and you can no longer pick up your bunny, I am able deliver within a 30-mile radius, at a 90p per mile rate, excluding London. Deliveries can only be done on weekends

▫️ Food supply list, and transition food (so you can wean them onto their new food if needed)

▫️ Access into a private group chat where I will be active and happy to answer questions for the first 2 weeks whilst your bunny gets settled. This chat will be with other new parents of your bunny’s siblings. This space is where you can all share your bunnies progress and ask questions and learn more in a safe non-judgmental space. (You will be removed from this chat if you are contributing unnecessary/unhelpful comments)
🧐 Research
▫️ Please make sure you have done your own research, we strive not only to achieve the compulsory 5 freedoms, but to give the bunnies a stimulating happy life. They are a 10+ year commitment and require a lot of love and specialised care.
