Hi everyone, upcoming talk on Wednesday 22nd June at 7pm.

Please find the MS Teams link for our re-scheduled talk on pragmatic approaches to the pelvis. Naomi Williams will be talking us through this approach. Naomi has many years’ experience in the veterinary charity sector performing orthopaedic assessments in the most pragmatic way possible, taking into account contextualised care considerations. It will be a fantastic talk 😊

Calling all Vet students! If anyone is keen on completing Charity related EMS, the Cats Protection have just announced the pilot of their new EMS scheme!

This is a pilot Hybrid EMS placements across the Warrington, Derby and Harrow centres and their vets. I have attached the application form. There are only 9 places available in this pilot, and the application deadline is the 1st of May.

If this pilot is successful, more spaces will be available for future EMS placements that take place at the sites.

Welcome all!

We are excited to be hosting a Careers Panel on the 16th of March at 7.30pm taking place on Microsoft Teams. This talk is free and open to all :)

This session will be with 3 vets, all with different career paths. We will be joined by Lauren Kirk who is one of the CP vets in our clinic on site, Jocelyn Toner who currently works for the RSPCA, and Nicola Fermer who is a first opinion vet in small animal practice, but has worked in equine/small as well. They will give you a brief overview of their careers to date, and then you will have the opportunity to ask them questions etc.
