This is Chester a 24 year old TB who was suffering from colic this morning. As he's in the same yard as my horses, I offered to try and help whilst waiting for the vets. I offered him both German and Roman Chamomile essential oils which helped him relax. I then proceeded to open the Bladder Meridian before beginning to palpate the Association Points. I had huge reactions from Lung as well as Spleen and Stomach. I added the Equine Touch Abdominal Procedure, as well as the pain points Bl60 and Ki3. By the end of the session he was happily eating hay. Prior to that he was standing with his head constantly turned to the side looking at his flanks with irregular breathing. Wish I'd taken a before video too!!
