2025 is off to the best start! We had a whole load of Happy Hounds super excited to see all their pawls today. It’s hard to believe these two walks were on the same day ❄️🍂

We’re unexpectedly - but so so gratefully - going into 2025 as a family of four. Mabel can’t wait to introduce all her pawls to her brother, Murdo.

We’ll see you all w/c the 6th for another year of exploring our beautiful East Lothian ✨

‼️DOG FIRST AID - PLEASE READ‼️

On our walk today, Mabel got a stick lodged in her throat. The only reason I knew what to do was because I attend regular canine first aid courses.

I can’t stress enough how important it is to know what to do in case of an emergency. This is a skill every dog owner should have, not just dog professionals.

Mabel would have died had I not been equipped with the knowledge I’ve received through these courses.

There are lots of different courses at different times but the regularly run them and are fairly local to us. I’ll be heading there for a refresher soon.
