Baby Mabel spam simply because I am just so proud of her today 🥰🥰 Her first full week of work since we’ve had her could only mean one thing right? Yep, was time for me to mount her without lunging first! Up until today I’d managed to get her down to 2 minutes lunging each side then getting on board, some days she was fine, other days she liked to show me her gymnastic skills 😳. Thankfully she’s NEVER showed them whilst I’ve been on board, only when lunging…. ANYWAY I knew after today I wanted to give her a day off so a final challenge for the week to get straight on board; with a short lap of the arena we were straight on, no questions asked, walked off like she’d been doing it forever 🥺🫶🏻. This week she really has showed me she’s ready for “more”. So the plan is a “proper” back with a human on foot then she’ll be nannied by @zannasaville and Lenny, then I genuinely think there’ll be no stopping her! 🤩 Three year old Mabel’s first hack 🤩 After a trying week with Mabel, she lost a tooth on Friday last week so bitting has been tricky, with a change of routine, staying in for a day with the storm last week, followed with a weekend of fireworks, it’s very fair to say she isn’t as settled in herself as she has been. (She’s genuinely been one of the easiest three year olds I’ve ever dealt with) So onwards to yesterday and she was rather stressed during her work time and not very willing to listen to Meg I opted to change it up for her today, we ventured out of the yard gates and down the road! 😬 I borrowed @zannasavilles husband Ian to babysit me on foot; although I didn’t need it, clearly. (Filmed on board three years old usually not recommended). She was super, passing traffic; taking it all in her stride, genuinely the most relaxed I have had her in the past week; so maybe the baby wants to hack for a while?
