Not just for us humans! Treat your furry friend!

So it's here.... Pancake Day!

Here is the Dog Friendly Recipe again for you to get stuck into!

You will need:

- 2 large eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 tbs coconut oil or unsalted butter
- 1 tbs coconut flour
- t tbs banana flour (or any non rice gf flour)
- optional - ground cinnamon

To make the batter:

- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk (you can give the raw shells separately to your dog too)
- Mash the banana and mix in with the eggs
- Add the flour and cinnamon if using and mix well

Method:

Heat a pan and melt the coconut oil or butter
Add the batter and cook for 1 minute on either side

Remove from the heat and allow to cool before feeding to your dog

Enjoy!

And why not top off with some blueberries, bananas or raspberries? Maybe a spoonful of goat's live yoghurt too!
