Walking your dogs around here!! We are soo lucky to have such a wonderful mix of places to visit and take our dogs to exercise!!

9 times out of 10 my experience is good whilst out and about with my dogs BUT recently I feel that this is changing …dog owners allowing their dogs to harass and bark in my dogs faces whilst they are to heel/on a lead … ‘but my dog is friendly I am told when they eventually catch up to where there dog is!!’ … so this sign says it all …it is just not ok, either keep your dog to heel or put your dog on a lead when approaching other dogs…it’s just unspoken etiquette that anyone who is a responsible dog owner would do. And don’t get me wrong things do happen when training recall with your dog but it’s how you deal with it when the recall doesn’t happen…it just says everything….’apologise’ and remove the dog don’t ‘have a go’ at the dog walker who hasn’t done anything wrong!! Not sure that this sign would do anything to those dog owners but it does reinforce that it’s NOT OKAY!! I’m now off to Dunwich …it’s a lovely day for a walk on the beach!! 🐾💕
