These definitely won’t be around for long..
Packs of 48 ungraded scaffold boards for use in DIY , upcycling, gardening, planters, fencing, barbecue bar, garden furniture building projects.
Most boards are in good clean condition but some will have bits cut out of them where they have gone round objects on site.
Most boards are 8ft or 10ft but do vary from pack to pack.
Price is for one pack of 48 boards discounts may be available on more than one pack and delivery may be available depending on your location. £250.

Santas elves were on the late shift last night bringing in 75 ton of seasoned beech ready to be processed into 10” and finished off in the kiln 🔥

December sale.. only £9.50 each these are normally sold for £12
Good for lining stables making muck clamps or just about anything else. 38mm thick , and 225mm wide.
Can be cut to your required length or other size boards may be available. Message me with your requirements.
Delivery may be available locally or collection welcome from near Halstead Essex. Cash on collection or delivery only.

Good solid heavy bales of Conventional bale wheat straw £3.50
Conventional bale barley straw £4.50 a bale.
None of this straw had any rain on it between the combine and the baler and it’s all been barn stored.
4.5ft round bales also available.
Local delivery may be available if I’m passing otherwise collection from Gosfield.

Dodging the showers moving this beautiful meadow hay in massive 4.5ft- 5ft round bales today.
Not the cheapest by bale but these are massive compared to many other suppliers bales and are packed heavy.

After a brief dry spell conventional bales are back in stock.
Plenty here at the moment but stocks will go down quickly.

Plenty of semi seasoned ash leaving the yard this week in 2.2 cubic meter loads. From what people are telling me a couple of nights in there living room log piles and it’s burning well.
2.2 is a massive load of logs that’s 2 IBC cages

First week in February and the flail mower is already on.
Aerating will start soon unless we get another really cold snap. 🥶

Another popular question is how do your loads compare to a “builders bag” there’s quite a lot of variables in that question but here is a bag next to one of our 1.1 cubic meter cages I took a year or so ago.
Hopefully that helps a bit.

Seem to be having a lot of enquiries about semi seasoned wood at the moment. If semi seasoned ash is something your interested in so you can buy it cheaper and finish it off yourself drop me a message.
Moisture measures anywhere between 20% and 30%
Traditionally ash was one of the only timbers you could burn green but obviously these days things have changed.
Loads available in 2.2 cubic meter loads only. Photos attached are what sort of volume you will receive. Logs are 9”-10”
These are being sold as season yourself logs not ready to use 🪵

First time in the company’s history (50+ years) that I’ve bought in pre processed timber because I simply can’t keep up with demand.
The majority of this is ash and will make a cracking bit of firewood once it’s been through the dryer.

I’m not normally a great fan of “soft meadow hay” but I managed to get back to this really lovely soft green hay in conventional bales this morning. 150 to go out today and another 75 going out tomorrow if the weather isn’t to bad.
If it’s something your looking for get in touch it won’t last long.

It might have been chilly outside today but it was definitely hot 🥵 in the kiln. You can hear the grain of this lovely sycamore cracking as it drys.

Unfortunately the waiting time on our timber is so long I’m unable to take any orders at the moment but hopefully once all the early orders are filled and if the weather stays mild things will get back to normal in a month or so.
