We would like to thank all of our loyal customers for accommodating and being understanding of this 🤍
We require a £10 deposit to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
Deposits can be paid through a link sent to you upon booking or alternatively in salon. We require a minimum 24hr notice to reschedule/ cancel appointments or you will loose the deposit.
PLEASE NOTE, it is customer’s responsibility to ensure their deposit is paid to confirm your appointment. If no deposit has been received 24hrs before your appointment will automatically be cancelled.
We have been flexible during the introduction of the deposit scheme to allow everyone to get used to this change, however going forward we will now have to stand firm on the conditions as unfortunately we are still struggling with no shows. Thank you for understanding.

double coated breeds will be +£5

This includes a double wash, blow dry, deshed, ear clean and paw and nose balm.
(+£3 for nail trim)

Due to the high number of no shows & late cancellations this week we will now have to start taking a £10 deposit for every booking.
