Every home visit, every wagging tail, and every quiet moment of care is a reminder of why this work matters. Thank you for allowing me to support your pets in the place they’re most comfortable. I wanted to share a quick update with you all 🤍

During a recent family bereavement, alongside caring for a poorly pet at home (don’t worry — all three dogs are doing well now!), clients continued booking online as normal. For the most part, everything went through absolutely fine. However, during this time I wasn’t able to monitor bookings as closely as I usually would.

While trying to keep as many appointments as possible, moving some into my breaks so I could spend evenings with my family member before they passed, and juggling vet appointments, I unfortunately dropped the ball in a few places.

This means that some appointments were booked in the wrong locations. I’ll be in touch with anyone affected to arrange alternative dates. I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and am so grateful for your kindness, patience, and understanding during this time 💜

As we come to the end of another year, I want to take a moment to sincerely thank all of our wonderful clients and followers for your incredible support over the past year and a half. Your trust, kindness, and belief in Roving RVN Services have meant more than I can put into words.

As we move into our second year, Roving RVN Services will continue to grow, refine, and improve the services and care we provide—always with your pets’ comfort, wellbeing, and happiness at the heart of everything we do. Providing compassionate, low-stress care in the comfort of your pets’ own homes is something I am deeply proud of, and I’m excited to keep raising the standard.
