Martin and Cara's nephew, Heath is shaving off all of his (beautiful) hair to support Martin, in aid of the MNDA, who have been very helpful throughout Martin's illness.
Hopefully this will help a cure to be found and those with MND will have a future.

Apologies for yet more phone and internet issues - the good news is that the recurrent issues since trying to modernize are hopefully currently being properly fixed at last - the bad news is that they're all down at the moment. This should be very temporary, or so we're promised.
We are still here for all of your pets as usual.

Really really sorry folks, but due to an acute covid outbreak amongst staff, we have no option to close our Warsash Branch for Thurs 17/03 and Friday 18/03 so that we can concentrate on doing all emergency work at Whiteley. Whiteley is open for all emergencies and urgent cases. Phones should be diverted automatically, but if not, please call 01489571192.
Apologies again

We are so pleased to be welcoming most clients and patients back inside the building - however to do this, we must keep our staff and business safe.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE STILL NOT ALLOWING UNDER 18'S INTO THE BUILDING UNLESS FULLY VACCINATED. We also respectfully request that any unvaccinated adults wait outside. There are multiple signs which say this, however a small minority persist in bringing children in.

If you have to bring children with you, we are happy to see you outside, as we were previously. We do understand that it is inevitable at times.

One person coming in to the practice who then tests positive will close our business. We need to minimize this risk.

Apologies if this is inconvenient for some, but the alternative is to close the doors again. We are doing the best we can for as many people as possible.

If anyone feels strongly that they cannot follow this rule, please find another vet as we need to prioritize our business and being available to our patients.

COVID updates.

As an independent practice, our priority is to remain open and available for our patients when needed.

We also have some staff who are not yet fully vaccinated (oh to be that young still)

Whilst we are absolutely delighted to welcome clients back inside next week, we need to minimize the risk of being pinged on track and trace (which would close us down), and to protect our staff.

As such, we would request that preferably one, maximum 2, VACCINATED ADULTS accompany a patient inside, that they wear a mask indoors and use the hand gel provided.

We are blessed with our carpark. Anyone who has to bring children, or has not been vaccinated can still be seen outside as previously. The majority of local covid cases have been in or through schools, and we feel this is necessary to protect us.

Please also minimize the number of people in the waiting room, by waiting in your car or outside where possible until you are notified.

We're all getting there. Let's not fall foul at this stage of the game.

But... WELCOME BACK!!!!! 🙂🙂🙂

MISSING CAT

Richard is a gorgeous tabby coloured Maine C**n who has recently moved to the Titchfield Common area with his family, and is unfortunately currently missing.

He is a very distinctive looking large cat with white paws and a long fur coat - he is 5 years old & micro-chipped.

Richard is usually an indoor cat so his family are very worried about him as he isn't used to being outside. If you think you have seen him, please don't hesitate to contact us & we will pass the details onto his owners.

Please share to see if we can get this gorgeous boy home with his family where he belongs.

Warsah Village Vets

The team at Warsash Village Vets take pride in providing the standard of service that we believe your pets would choose for themselves. Our complete ethos is based around 'pets first' and we strive to treat every patient individually, and as if he/she was our own (of which we have many :-)). Clients are also welcome, and almost as important, and we look forwards to welcoming friends, both old and new to our purpose built practice, & to becoming a part of the local community.

As a member of the Whiteley Village Vets family, we offer both first opinion and referral services, particularly in soft tissue surgery, orthopaedics, diagnostic imaging & dentistry, as well as a range of other high end surgeries. Our newest member of the team, “Arthur the Ambulance” is available to transport patients between locations if needed, giving you the convenience of a local clinic, while having easy access to all of the facilities that our main site has to offer.
