Hello everyone,

We appreciate all of our customers so much, however I just need to stress how disheartened I am after 50% of our dogs were no shows yesterday. That also means we only got 50% of our wages.

One of my team stayed until 3:00pm however the last 2 dogs did not arrive nor contact us, meaning she stayed several extra hours than she needed to with no extra pay to cover those hours.

This is our income and livelihood, and we need to stick together when times are hard.
Please please please respect our industry, as even one no show can have a catastrophic affect on the business and our wages.

We will now be charging full price for any missed appointments, effective immediately (unless we’ve had 48 hours notice or there is an emergency).
We hope you can understand our decision to introduce this policy - it is purely to protect ourselves and gives us security in situations like this.

If you have an appointment booked and cannot attend or need to reschedule - just contact us. This allows us to fill the slot and not lose out.

Again, we appreciate you - please appreciate us back 🙏🏼

I have Luna, a Cockapoo booked in with me next Friday (21st)… However have misplaced the owners details and really need to get in contact with them regarding moving this appointment!
