y top priority. Grooming should be a pleasurable experience for your dog and it is my intention to achieve that. Every dog will be treated as an individual. Some are quite happy to have their bath be clipped and spruced up whilst others can be nervous, worried or get fed up. So if they need to come off the table for a break and a little drink and some extra TLC then that's what will happen at Groomed to Pawfection. I would ask however that if you know there are certain areas where your dog does not particularly like being groomed please let me know. I have been training dogs for almost 30 years and have vast knowledge in dog behaviours so perhaps I can help. I look forward to the future, meeting you and your dogs and offering you the best service I can and building a good relationship with all. Warm regards

Wee baby Bonnie had her first groom this week. What a wee star she was. She quietly watched her big brother Diesel getting dried and got used to the noise of the dryer. She then had her bath and a cute wee photo with Auntie D. We then had a wee snooze whilst big bro was styled and finally herself.
Taking time with puppies always gives them a good start going forward. Hope you enjoyed yourself Bonnie coz I did. Cuteness in a wee fur coat 💗🐾🥰

Just a heads up. One of my customer’s dogs have been affected by this issue although they were down at the beach when she noticed the tarish substance on her dog.

Just to make you all aware. If found on your dog please don’t try to pull it off. I’d recommend trying to put ice cubes on the area so the sticky substance hardens a little. Then gently try to pick off. If your dog is getting distressed with you trying to get it off then if you have thinners (scissors with teeth) then try to go under the clump and thin the hair. That way you’re not leaving gapping chunks in the coat. However if all else fails bladed scissors will do, just try and take it out as far away from the hair root as possible.

Anyway I hope you don’t come across the problem. Any further advice seek the help of your groomer 👍

Again it’s with great sadness that I post about the loss of wee Molly. My wee gang of Westkateers are now down to one. My heart goes out to Donalda and Gus, to loose one of your furbabies but two in such a short space of time is unbearable. That said both Molly and Archie were so loved and cared for they were lucky. Wee Hamish will miss them too but will be smothered with hugs and help his mum and dad heal their hearts.
Molly was a complete sweetheart, loved her wee pampers and gave kisses freely. I’ll miss you little lady 💔

Seems like a lot of my babies are being called back home. Wee Heidi ‘the boss’ sprouted her angel wings and took off to 🌈 Rainbow Bridge. She will leave so many memories for her family Flora, Brownie and their children and grandkids. This wee video I took of her not long ago and how I’ll remember her. It was her way or the highway.
