as many of you know, i have been suffering from long covid for almost four years now, and i have been positive for the second time this september, which again left me with a new list of symptoms (including chronic fatigue, arrhythmia, pericarditis and tachycardia to name just a few) which unfortunately, i can control very little and even though i have better days, the last few months have been a struggle for me
i have had many breaks from THB throughout this year, which have helped tremendously; but after careful consideration, months of thinking and deciding to put my health first - i have made the decision to close down The Healthy Barkery
this was one of the hardest decisions i ever had to make, but the whole process of running a bakery on a daily basis, alongside having a full time job, means that i am unfortunately burnt out everyday and struggle with everyday tasks
having the breaks throughout the year, made me realise just how much i put into the bakery on a daily basis, and when i get a week off, i feel human again
as much as i love the community iโve created and baking for all your pups, i think itโs time for me to put my health first
we will be officially closing on november 30th, and all orders placed will be shipped on time for christmas ๐ we will be doing multiple deals a day during the black friday week (nov 25th - 29th)
