❎ HAREBELL PPG'S BOOKS ARE CURRENTLY FULL. ❎

Until further notice, I'm unable to accept any new clients due to a very busy schedule. My apologies to those affected.

I've made this decision as I'm conscious that spreading myself too thin could negatively affect my grooms, customer service and stress levels (!) - something I wish to avoid. Going forward I will be keeping a Waiting List for those who are happy to wait for openings; unfortunately I can't predict how long this might be.

I'd like to take this opportunity to say a humongous 'THANK YOU!' to my wonderful, loyal customers who have moved me into this fortunate position.

After a completely bonkers year, tomorrow our 7 day countdown begins! Just ONE WEEK until we're able to reopen for all routine grooming services. I have missed my furry little friends so much!

⚠️ LOCKDOWN UPDATE ⚠️ **Appointments**

In light of Boris' announcement earlier this week, I am soo very happy to announce that I can now take bookings for 12th April onwards. Please get in touch to secure an appointment! Those that are already on my waiting list; I will be in touch at some point over the next couple of days to organise with you - my earliest appointments are reserved for your babies.
It's worth keeping in mind that the dates set out by the government are provisional, subject to change, which means that these appointments are too at the minute.

Up until April I will be continuing to groom for 'welfare reasons only'. Some examples include medicated baths, matted coats, irritated eyes etc. Please get in touch if you think that your pet might qualify and I'll be able to advise.

I've realised this morning that my SIM card isn't working and I'm not sure how long it has been this way for... helpline closed for my network today - hopefully I'll be back tomorrow! 🐶 Appt Waiting List 🐱

As you're aware, No. 9 Groomers is temporarily closed due to the Tier 4 restrictions. I've attached a little snippet below of the government guidance that we're abiding by. As you can see, currently the salon can only be used for grooms which are essential to a pet's welfare; pets that require regular medicated baths, removal of extensive matting, fur clearing to avoid irritating eyes (generally short-nosed breeds), etc. Please get in touch if you feel that your pet may qualify and I'll be happy to advise.

For non-qualifying grooms - please let me know if you'd like to be added to my new appointment waiting list. Sadly I can't predict when grooms can recommence but this way I can ensure that all bookings are arranged as soon as possible! If I have been in touch this month to cancel your appointment, you will already be on the list.

For what feels like the thousandth time... thank you for your understanding and patience!

⚠️ COVID UPDATE ⚠️

In light of our new Tier 4 status, I will once again be temporarily closing Harebell's doors. All appointments will be contacted and rearranged.

Apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause. I will be acting on government advice regarding reopening and will, of course, update this page when I know more.

Merry Christmas to all of my clients and friends! Thank you SO very much for your custom and support during what has been a worrisome year for everyone. Looking back, I don't suppose I could have picked a worse time to establish Harebell (!) but I really couldn't have hoped for a lovelier group of clients to push on through with.
