We have a position available for a groom to join our team on our friendly livery yard near Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL9 6DW, working with a great team of hardworking, friendly and good-humoured staff.
Our yard is located within easy reach of the M25, A1 and A414 and is 5 minutes drive from the RVC.

🔸You must be confident in handling a variety of horses from 10hh-18hh and most importantly

💟 You must have a love for horses

🔸Usual yard duties required including feeding, turning out/bringing in, mucking out and grooming etc.

🔸You need to be committed, punctual, work well within a friendly team and work to a good standard

🔹We are looking for someone to work Saturdays 07:30-15:30

(Other casual work including Sundays, mucking out roles, bank staff etc

We two positions available on our family run private livery yard near Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL9 6DW, working with a great team of hardworking, friendly and good-humoured staff.
Our yard is located within easy reach of the M25, A1 and A414 and is 5 minutes from the RVC.

1️⃣ We have a position available for someone to work mornings mucking out 6/7 stables and carrying out usual yard duties

We are looking for someone part time to help us with mucking out and usual yard duties during the week. You must be committed, muck out to a good standard and have good attention to detail and time keeping.

Start time can be flexible so this may be a great role for someone to fill after the school run, or may suit someone looking to take a step back from full time work, or alongside another job. Please note, this position will need to be carried out during term time too.

2️⃣ Weekend Staff
We are looking for staff to work weekends, and/or a Sunday.

Mucking out, turnout out, yard duties, grooming, catching in, changing rugs etc

You must be experienced in handling a variety of horses from cheeky 10hh ponies to fit 18hh horses.

You must be committed, muck out to a good standard and have good attention to detail and time keeping.

Usual yard duties will include turning out, rugging, mucking out, catching in, brushing off etc

Applicants must be capable and confident in handling a variety of horses from 13hh to 18hh and have a good standard of work.
