Due to 2 no shows in 2 days all grooms will require a deposit to be paid when booking.
Policy does state that deposits to be paid and no shows will be charged, as a small business we lose a lot of income when people do not turn up for their appointments and is more frustrating as we are unable to offer the appointment to another customer at such short notice.
