Happy Easter everyone! We hope you are all well. Here is some information about how we can help you, to help your pet with "remote consultations".
We are using phone calls, pictures and videos you send us, and video consulting using www.whereby.com video chats!
You can find out lots more on our advice sheet by clicking here - https://tinyurl.com/t52fld9
You can help us help you by doing a little preparation before your "remote consultation".
For video consultations you will need ....
● a smartphone or tablet with the Whereby App installed (see Google Play or the App Store)
● good wifi or 3G/4G connection - this is essential!
● a quiet, well lit place AND your pet close to hand AND ideally an assistant
● earphones with a microphone work much better than using the device audio - recommended!
All the information you need is on the link above, but just in case you missed it, here it is again!

Happy Easter from all at Fenton Vets !
Thanks to all our staff & clients for you support at this time
A few words of thanks on behalf of the Directors at Fenton Vets, to say Thanks, Diolch, Gracias, Aciu, and Grazie to the whole team, and the people of Pembrokeshire too...
Thanks to all the team
We are not seeing much of each other at work right now, and on behalf of the Directors we'd like to say "Thanks, diolch, gracias, aciu and grazie" to the whole team. And thanks to our many clients and customers for helping us "stay safe" for all our sakes.
We have a diverse range of nationalities. Some of our team are a long way from their families, and that can be a bit tricky right now.
Look out tomorrow for some information on how we can help you when your pet needs our help - video consultations by video call!!
Thanks all.
What to do about your vaccinations
Today, our vet Lisa is ‘working from home’ and answering your questions about vaccination. Listen carefully towards the end and you’ll hear her cat trying to interfere as cats do! by scratching the door and shouting 🤣
Afternoon! Some info on COVID19 at Fenton Vets. Sorry is a mirror image!! Now, where are those settings on my phone??!!
