Badger and Bella are in need of a loving permanent home together.
No children or cats please. They are 7 years old, neutered and vaccinated and have lived indoors all their lives. Sadly their elderly owner can no longer care for them. They are dear little dogs with lots of character.

Cai and Waldo came to us because of a serious family crisis. Here are a selection of photos of them. Cai the black Labrador cross will be 3 on the 20th May. Neutered, male. He has been with his family from a pup and has been been raised with two young girls. He is gorgeous and so nice tempered. He’s been around rabbits, sheep and lambs and fine with all. He is also very calm and playful with other dogs. Loves to chase balls and long walks on the beach.
Waldo is an Apricot Cavashon and will be 1 on the 31st March. Not neutered. He is also very lovely and great with kids. Used to being clipped and both love spa days! Waldo needs some more re-call training as hasn't quite got there yet. Especially in the company of other dogs.
Both love attention and cuddles. Both love each other so if they could be re-homed together that would be a bonus.

Bill is a 5 years old large terrier. He is a character dog who likes to travel everywhere with his owner. He has lots of personality and is great company.

A wonderful ending for our lovely old friend Bisto. He is an old dog who's owner died and was left in our care. We were worried we would never find him a home as he is an older gentleman. However last week, he met a wonderful lady who has given him the forever home he has been dreaming of.
Here is a message we received today from Bisto:

Thank you for taking care of me and loving me while I stayed at Pembrokeshire Dog Rescue. My new mum has bought me a new bed which I already love. Apparently I snore quite a lot! I'm also wearing her old Labrador's collar. She said that I'm very intelligent, because I'm already finding my way around my new house. Thank you, from Bisto ###

Thank you very much to Rose Shanklyn for her huge donation of extra bedding, blankets and dog toys. It is all greatly appreciated and being put to good use, thanks again Rose.

Storm is a very nice kind natured white Husky. She is about 6 years old and she is used to living in the house as one of the family with an other dog. Her owner was devastated when she realised she would have to give Storm up due to her failing health.

+++PLEASE SHARE+++ Two little puppies rescued from awful conditions, now looking for forever home together.
Harry and Harvey were brought to us after being found in the back of a van last year, which was seized at Fishguard Ferry port. The van was full of other dogs and puppies all riddled with worms and fleas and all in a terrible and appalling states. They were all half starved, and after being stuck in the back of a van on the ferry crossing from Ireland, were about to endure another long and traumatic journey to be sold on. They were all locked in cages in the back of a van with lots of other dogs.
Harry and Harvey have been here for many months being cared for and rehabilitated by our staff. They have never been apart and are bundles of fluffy fun. Harry has long hair and Harvey is short haired and they are both stunning little dogs who we love dearly. They are both quite spoilt and have had the best of everything. Harry and Harvey are two beautiful little souls with big hearts and both have a wonderful nature.
We would prefer them go together if possible to a safe, loving knowledgable home with no children.
Stringent home checks upon application, only serious and permanent homes need apply.

+++ PLEASE SHARE+++ 5 month old puppy looking for a forever home.
William is a stunningly handsome 5 month old Chihuahua puppy who was left cold, sick and abandoned at 3 weeks of age here with us at the Pembrokeshire Dog Pound and Rescue. He was brought in the back of a van, seized from Fishguard Ferry port. The van was full of other dogs and puppies all riddled with worms and fleas. William was so young and little when he arrived, he was close to death. He was here for many months being cared for by our staff.
We have nursed him back to health with full veterinary care and lots of love, we have only recently been given the go ahead to rehome him.
Little William has had the very best of everything and is an adorable and very happy little chap. He is now ready to go to a knowledgeable, loving permanent home without children, so he can get the love he desperately deserves.
Stringent home checks upon application, only serious and permanent homes need apply.

Update we are still looking for Fuggy! He has been missing since Monday evening LOST DOG PLEASE SHARE!!! Can all people local to TRECWN, FISHGUARD , LETTERSTON & SCLEDDUA please keep a look out for this little dog. He went missing yesterday evening whilst on his walk. We have been searching all night and morning to no avail. HE is our little dog called Fuggy. He is a black patterdale terrier x with a white chest. We fear he is down a badger hole but he may be still out, if you see him he is very friendly. He comes to the name Fuggy. Tel 01348 840676

Here is one of our rescue dogs Daisy having a play and a sniff this lunch time. She is up for adoption and looking for her forever home. Daisy is a young Labrador X who was abandoned by her owner because they could not be bothered with her. She has spent most of her life locked up in a cage.

Good morning from Fatz the staffie. He was brought into the pound last week and sadly his owners are unable to care for him anymore and he will not be going home. Otto is missing from Deerland Road Llangwm.
He's a 1yr old quite large Border Terrier. Could literally have gone anywhere as house is surrounded by fields.
Llangwm/Hook area.
No collar but chipped.

🐾🐾🐾 ABANDONED DOG LOOKING FOR A FOREVER HOME. 🐾🐾🐾 This little dog was unclaimed by her owner and is now up for adoption.
This is Lacey. She came to us as a stray. We hoped her owners would claim her but they did not. We cannot understand why as she is an absolutely gorgeous little dog. Full of fun and affection. Lacey is now up for adoption and is looking for her forever home. She is a very loving and kind little dog. Lacey is good on a lead and good with other dogs and cats. URGENT-STILL MISSING - HWEST AREA. On New Year's Eve a small brown and white female jack russell called Jade bolted due to fireworks. The owners are offering a £60 reward. There was a sighting on Sunday by someone seeing her run from Johnston bus stop to Haverfordwest. There was another potential sighting from the St David's Road Roundabout in Haverfordwest yesterday. Her owners believe she is somewhere between Haverfordwest and Johnston, please keep an eye out for this dog. She is nervy but very friendly so if seen approach slowly . We are pleased to share that Pippa the Puppy who was abandoned at the pound this Christmas, has now gone to her forever home. We are very happy to see her go to such a lovely family.
