HOYS ‘24 you were a blast!
So much fun making memories with special friends 🥰
George and Geoffrey were fab in the flat classes, not our year for rosette’s but it’s always an honour to ride in that special ring along with the best horses in the country.
Roo was also super, although we had fences down this year he coped incredibly well for such a young horse,
we will learn from it and move forward 😁
We can’t wait for next season already!
Thank you so much to everyone for all of the kind good luck messages and support 😘😘
And to the best team at home and away for everything you do for us, couldn’t do it without you 😘😘

Busy week last week 😅
Another fantastic lesson with Caroline Moore on Roo, then onto a fab pre hoys wh show at Solihull where he jumped a good clear in the 1.20m for 2nd place.
Yesterday was the babies turn at Offchurch Bury ODE
where the ground and courses were perfect 👌
4yr olds Flo and Jack, Tinky and Harley with Libby all had a super time jumping some lovely rounds and gaining valuable experience and even a few rosettes

Finishing the week off with a ODE at Tumpy Green,
New girl on the block Tinkerbell who was recently bought from Kat Raybould Eventing - Venture Sporthorses, having had such a fab start to life with Kat’s team she came out to win her first event with a 30 DC 🥇
Lesley’s 4yr old Flying Orange 🍊 also competing in her first event to come 2nd with a 31 DC 🥈
Harley and Libby competing in their first event together also won 🥇 the 80 with a 30 DC 👏👏👏
4yr old Jack took everything in at his first competition with a clear round in the 70 hunter trial
Elin and lovely Maisie coming 5th in the 70 ODE 😁
Great week with the crew and thanks for everyone’s help and especially Bec’s mega feast 😋😋😋😋

Super fun weekend at Wellington International 😁

Jemima’s 5yr old superstar Oliver Blue competing in his first CCI1* with one rail SJ and a fab clear XC finishing halfway 20th/40 🥰🥰 clever boy.
Kate and my own Ballygriffin Odysseus competing in his first CCI2* being his awesome self jumping a great double clear to finish 23rd /85 😍😍 superstar.

Next stop Cornbury young horse championships for these gorgeous boys!!

Wow Wee what a two days at the SHB Champs in Addington Manor!! 😳😳 🥳🥳🥳🥳

The Robsons mega star Kalani K qualified for HOYS on Monday coming 2nd to the gorgeous Scarlet Ribbons who had already qualified,
Then today he jumped another great clear round to Win 🥇 the RIHS qualifier and take overall Champion 🥳🥳 Then jumped his first Grand Prix track with one down to come 3rd 🥉
What an awesome boy he is 🥰🥰🥰

Busy two days at Pembrokeshire County Show 😁
Kalani K won the Open WH and took Champion 🥇
Toncynffig DonnaSummer won the local WH 🥇
Dovanti Boy won the RIHS Middleweight and had Reserve Champion 🥇
Sophie on Joe and Kate on Barry both did a fab job and qualified for RIHS in the amateur hunters 🥳🥳
Oliver Blue was 5th in the BS Discovery.
Sophie and Aoife jumping fab rounds in the WH and Arena Eventing 😁

Massive well done to Gemma and team for working so hard to put on another super show for all the locals to enjoy 🥰🥰

Huge thanks to our own team for everything you do to make it all happen, couldn’t do it without you 😘😘

Plus all of the amazing extra help we received to put on the arena eventing even in the monsoon rain ☔️

Super family weekend eventing at Little Downham 🤩

Kate and my own Ballygriffin Odysseus jumped a great DC to come 3rd 🥉 in the Novice,
Jemima’s Oliver Blue also jumped a lovely DC to come 5th in the 100,
Alaine’s Toncynffig Donna Summer loving the eventing to come 2nd in the GO90
Sophie and Aoife doing a fab dressage and SJ but unfortunately a bit green XC this time.

WOW WOW WOW 🤩🤩🤩
What a week at RIHS, the stuff dreams are made of!!!

Kalani K (Roo🦘) at only 6yrs old, jumping his 3rd ever open WON the Lightweight WH and took Reserve Champion 😍😍
We only decided the night before that we would have a go at the class, after him jumping a super SJ round the day before 😆🤣
Couldn’t be prouder of him or more thrilled for his amazing, hugely supportive owners Sarah and Alison Robson, who we’ve shared so much fun with over the years 🥂🥂🥂🥂
Roo was bought as a 4yr old from Ann Bassett who had him since a foal and he had a fabulous start to ridden life with Clare Gundry 🥰🥰🥰

The championship in the main ring was absolutely dreamy and cantering around with the hounds just made the memories even more special 😄😁

Jo Hayman’s superstar Dovanti Boy also 6yrs old was fantastic in the huge Middleweight Hunter class to come 3rd 🥉 what a fab boy he is growing into😍😍

Lisa Jones’ Brambletown Boy was equally cool 😎
in a massive Small Riding Horse class to come 7th 🤩🤩

Kate and her own Greenhall Commander had so much fun at their first RIHS in the amateur hunters 🥰🥰

Big thanks to the showing stewards for being so accommodating allowing me to compete in two classes at the same time running from ring to ring 😅😅

Alaine’s lovely lady Toncynffig Donna Summer did her first BE GO90 coming 7th with a super clear XC, she absolutely loved it and was much more confident this week 🥰🥰🥰
Jemima’s Oliver Blue jumped another super DC in the BE100
to finish in 8th place, what a star boy.

Fantastic weekend at the lovely Howick BE, our only Welsh event 🥰🥰

Alaine’s gorgeous girl Toncynffig Donna Summer made her BE debut a winning 🥇 one in the
GO80 with a 30 DC 🤩🤩

Jemima’s super 5yr old Oliver Blue has really started to get the hang of eventing with a 29.8 DC and 3rd 🥉 place in the 100, he has now qualified for the 5yr old champs at Cornbury later this year 😍😍

Kate and my own Ballygriffin Odysseus had another confident run and his best dressage to date with a 28.5 DC and 6th place in the Novice, he has also now qualified for the 6yr old champs at Cornbury 🥳🥳

Elin & Maisie, Harriet & Archie, Sophie & Aoife all made their eventing debuts in the 70 and 80 sections with lots of smiles and fun 😃😃 super well done girls!!

Another busy week for the team,
Lincolnshire Show on Wednesday for Lisa’s Brambletown Boy coming 3rd in the HOYS Small Riding Horse 🥉 big thanks to Lucy for coming to help 😘

On Sunday we went to the lovely Farley Hall Horse Trials,
The Griffiths family and my own 6yr old Ballygriffin Odysseus jumped a super duper DC to come 7th in the novice 🤩🤩
Jemima’s Super 5yr old Oliver Blue competed in the 100 with a much improved dressage of 27.8, one rail SJ and a fab clear XC to finish 11th😍😍
Cudlic Annabel also did the novice with a lovely dressage test but unfortunately didn’t feel herself in the SJ having a couple down so we saved her for another day and didn’t run XC this time.
