*A little update*🐶

Hi everyone! We hope you all have a lovely bank holiday weekend! ☀️
We won’t be in the salon on Monday but we will be back in on Tuesday! 🐾

Just a heads up that we are having a price increase from the 1st October 2024. All of our customers should have received a text message or letter by now with your new price. If you are yet to receive one of these please let us know! 💕

As well as the price increase we have also changed our hours slightly from the 1st October. These will be as follows-

Monday 9am- 7:30pm.
Tuesday 9am- 7:30pm.
Wednesday CLOSED.
Thursday 8am- 5pm.
Friday 8am- 2pm.

Mia from Muts N’ Cutz is open by appointment only on-
Wednesdays 8am- 8pm.
Thursdays 12pm-8pm.
Fridays 12pm- 8pm.
Saturdays 8am- 4pm.

And lastly.. 🎄DECEMBER APPOINTMENTS

These will be available to book very soon..

We will be requiring all appts the week before Christmas (16th December- 21st December) to be pre paid upon booking your appointment. Unfortunately last Christmas we just had too many people not turn up for their appointments and we are specifically going out of our way to work extra hours to get all your pups in before Christmas!
So unfortunately this is the way we’ve got to do things this year.

Just a heads up we are not in the salon tomorrow! We will be enjoying a lovely weekend away, any messages or phone calls will be answered when we are back to work on Monday. ☀️

Just another heads up that we are fully booked for 6 weeks. Our next availability is from the 24th September! Please make sure to have your pups booked in.

Don’t forget that all appts booked after the 1st October 2024 do require a £20 deposit per dog to be paid upon booking.

👀We are also booking to the end of November. December dates will be released the first week in September! So keep your eyes peeled! 👀

🎄Christmas appointments will be offered to current customers first! 🎄

Good morning. We are open today until 12:30. Unfortunately after the little incident yesterday with the bus taking out our canopy we are left with these makeshift curtains to try and block some of the sun coming in.

Out thermostat reached 32 degrees yesterday with the sun beaming in the windows in the afternoon so we decided to make the decision and reschedule everyone this afternoon.

Again- please do not visit us unless you have an appointment this morning.

How dare we 🤣 🤣

How very dare we want to make a living!
As a small business we rely on customers turning up to pay our bills. We are fairly new to the high street and we would like to be able to stay there.

People like this take up appointments that we have to refuse to new clients daily.

I don’t want to ramble on, but what I’m saying is that we have to have these policies in place. Unfortunately if we don’t get paid from our customers for late cancellations or no shows. We won’t be able to stay on the high street.

We really can understand why there are so many empty shops in our high street.

We want to thank all of our lovely loyal customers that continue to support our business! We appreciate every single one of you.

Oh and also- no, we don’t have a website , Yes you can book online through the online booking system- no it won’t tell you any details because it’s not our website 🙈😉.

We’ve been hugely slacking with our social media posts but I promise we’re still here! 🙈

If I could also please gently remind you all to pre book your appointments! We are taking bookings all the way until the end of October (deposits to be paid on all appointments from the 1st October)

July is now fully booked
August is a very busy month for us with only 5 appointments left.
Still a a fair amount of appointments left for September and October but please book these as soon as possible!

As stated in a previous post- we have reduced the amount of dogs we are doing from October so once these appointments are gone, they are gone.

Behind the scenes we are also preparing for Christmas appointments! But these are not available to book yet! 🤫🤫.

***PLEASE READ*** (sorry for the long post)

We are now taking deposits for every appointment booked after the 1st October 2024. (This does not apply to any customers who currently pay monthly)

The deposit will be £20 per dog per appointment which is non refundable. This amount will then be subtracted off your dogs total grooms cost.
Any nail trims will be required to pay in full when booking.

All deposits are to be paid by bank transfer if booked online- or payment link via text message if you book via us. Deposits are to be paid within 24 hours of booking or your appointment will be cancelled.

Unfortunately due to the amount of no shows we have had in the last month we cannot afford to go ahead without taking deposits.

This isn’t something we were looking to introduce but after working out our total amount of lost earnings, we simply can not afford to keep going this way.

We understand that emergencies happen and sometimes you aren’t able to make your appointment and we try to be as flexible as possible.

On another- much happier- side note. We are so super grateful for all of our regulars who are keeping us busy- we love seeing you all! 🐶🐾

We are also slightly changing our hours from the 1st October. We hope these don’t affect anyone!
