All clients pets are now pampered, with just my own family dogs to go on Monday.

The salon is now closed for Christmas and reopens on 8th January. All messages and enquires will be responded to from this date.

I am officially fully booked for Christmas and 2024.

Thank you all so much for keeping me so so busy!

If anyone has missed out on a Christmas appointment and would like to be added to the cancelation list please send me a message.

I am working back to back 9am - 7pm, Monday - Friday.
My last working day is 21st December.

I am closed over Christmas and back open from 8th January - There is only 1 appointment left that week with January already filling up fast!

Please please book in advance 🙏🏻

I am also taking block bookings until May 2025 and also taking on new clients in the new year too.

Dear all December clients

We now enter the busiest time of year, please could I ask you to read through the below in order for our service to run as smooth as possible.

Please can I ask you to be on time for your appointment, dropping off and picking up.
I always run back to back and allow a 15 minute hand over which also allows me to grab a toilet break or a bite to eat if needed.
Being early or late to your appointment will cause disruption to the next client and myself.
Please pop me a message if you are running late or going to be early and I can try and accommodate where possible.
15 minutes late to your appointment will result in your appointment being cancelled, rescheduled, and charged 100% of the missed appointment in order to rebook.
If you are more than 15 minutes late collecting, there will be a £5 late fee added for every 15minutes as this encroaches on the next clients appointment.

If fleas are discovered on your dog we will contact you to inform you and discuss accordingly. A £20 flea charge will be added to your total bill.

If you would like to add on our Christmas spa package please send us a message or ask at drop off in order to receive this. We have two packages available 🎅🏻

We take cash/card transactions only. Those of you who do pay via bacs, please can this be done before collection. As I won’t have time to chase payments during December.

Don’t forget to brush your dogs between grooms, especially if they are wearing coats and jumpers during this time of year.
Clothing rubs against the fur which causes matting and this can be uncomfortable for your dog and may also result in a shorter haircut too. Matting fees will apply between £7-£15.

Deposits have all now been paid for appointments and are secure.
If you are still yet to make an appointment please get in touch.

January is filling up fast! Please ensure you book in advance to save disappointment.
I am now taking block bookings until May 2025, give me a message to be added to the list.
