He is a staff pet, belonging to Macie and he loves spending his days in the Feltham clinic with her🥹 Bentley’s 8th birthday is coming up this month so today he was a patient getting some senior blood tests done to make sure everything is in good condition! This little Guinea pig is Mr Tumnus. We have had the pleasure of looking after Mr Tumnus after he had an abscess that needed draining. After a quick surgery and an amazing recovery, he was allowed back home to his lovely owner💖

February is pet dental care month! Have you noticed that your animal has bad breath, plaque on their teeth or even that they are slower at eating? This may mean that they need some dental care.

We have unfortunately had a deceased black cat handed into our Feltham branch today. Found on Green Lane in Hounslow. Very fluffy. Female. Not microchipped.

🚨To all of our clients🚨

We have had two separate incidents today where both our receptionist and vet have been verbally abused over the phone. We would like to remind our clients that Petwell House Vets has a Zero Tolerance policy which says all staff should be able to do their job without abuse or violence. Any behaviour that causes our staff to feel uncomfortable is not acceptable and will be challenged by management.

Anyone who does not treat our staff with respect will be contacted to remind them that their behaviour is not welcomed at Petwell House Vets. Further behaviour of this kind may result in their pets being removed from our patient list and they will no longer be able to receive treatment with us. (Emergency care will be provided until a new veterinary practice is found)

Please treat our staff with respect. We are here to care for both you and your furry friends❤️
