Got sent this certification today by the British Grooms Association. I am fully insured with the BGA. I highly recommend the BGA to any new freelance businesses. They’ve been so helpful and supportive with any queries that I have and have some super helpful pages on their website for their members. 🤍

While I’m at it, I would also like to give a shout-out to Jenny Opie from Bickerstaff & Co Chartered Accountants. I couldn’t do this without Jenny’s help and I am always asking her questions (some very stupid ones😅). She is such a big part of my business so a massive thank you to Jen!!! 🤍

Mane and tail tidy for Sadie today. She’s had a right week of pampering!! ✂️

Sadie has sweet itch so we straightened her mane to try help it grow straighter from where she has rubbed it wonky. We left the left and right sides of the mane as she has rubbed it already very short. So I only took from the middle using the Smart Grooming pro-levelling knife to make sure that it didn’t get thinned out anymore than it already is

Sadies first clip of the winter season ❄️

If you look closely, you may notice that there are some bits that seem uneven and patchy. To avoid this, make sure to bath your horse with all your life!! Grease causes lines, unevenness and blunts my clippers and blades. There will be a fee of £10 for dirty ponies 💩 Luckily, this lovely lady bought me McDonalds breakfast as a sorry for this… always a good form of apology😂

Updated clipping prices ✂️

The below clips are all with half faces, full faces are currently unavailable due to having my trimmers let me down. Hogging is an additional £5. Mane pulling is £20. Tail tidying is £15

I can do yard deals if 2 or more horses are involved

There will be a £10 fee for any dirty ponies! Dirt means a less neat finish and blunts my blades a lot faster. So let’s have our ponies washed and dried before please!
