Fireworks killed our mum, Josephine Smith. Her home was attacked using fireworks. We believe the use of fireworks after sale to the public cannot be policed. We think all displays should be licensed and sales limited to licence holders only.

This lot all disgraced themselves and took to all the fox poo possible, all the mud slides and mud puddles! Thanks guys!!

Never quite experienced anything like I did today. I was in Plumpton, low planes, endless rumbling of thunder. Thought the world was about to end and had Knot in my stomach. Dogs wouldn't leave my side (made me proud of them).

We got back to the van. No rain. Nothing.

Got back to HH and it had been heavy rain and storms, got a text from parents in East grinstead checking I was OK - they had , flooding, hail, you name it.

Got to cuckfield 1 hour later. Sun, heat, no signs of any nonsense (photo in cuckfield!)

What an experience - which I clearly escaped!
