Oathall Veterinary Group We are an established, small animal veterinary practice in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. Our philosophy is to provide the most effective care available.

Our range of state-of-the-art medical equipment further aids our capabilities; as does the many years of practical experience, and knowledge, of our staff. Our compassionate veterinary team, consisting of 7 vets and 11 nurses, endeavor to provide a flawless service of care to all of our clients and their furry friends: with a means to supplying both preventative and supportive care within the prac

tice. We treat all animals except equine and farm animals. We may refer birds and reptiles to a local specialist if we feel it is necessary. We aim to deliver an efficient, effective and convenient service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at our premises. We have good wheelchair access to our consulting rooms. Our hours for consultation appointments are:
Mon - Wed: 08:00 - 20:00
Thurs: 08:00 - 19:00
Fri: 08:00 - 20:00
Sat: 09:00 - 15:30

Prevention is better than cure💉

Don’t forget your pet’s vaccinations and health checks. Regular check-ups with one of our vets can be extremely helpful to your pet’s health and any potential issues can be picked up and treated early.

Health checks are the best tool in preventing and beginning diagnoses of disease in pets. Unfortunately, our patients cannot tell us ‘where it hurts’ or ‘what they have eaten’ therefore a full health check is the best tool.

Our health checks are also a great way of getting your pet used to coming to the vets for something other than procedures and treatments, minimising any potential stress for them.

There’s a common myth that once the calendar flicks over into winter, fleas stop being something to worry about ❌

Unfortunately, this isn’t the case. If anything, winter is a time when they are actually slightly worse, so now’s a good time to talk about them! With central heating, fleas can survive inside your home and other people’s homes no matter how cold it gets. So it’s really important to keep flea treatment going through the winter months!

Puppy Parties

Our puppy parties take place every Thursday 🐶🥳 Hosted by Michelle Garvey, a fully trained and accredited dog trainer, these are a fun filled, socialisation training environment held every Thursday from 7pm to 7.45pm in our waiting room All pups can bring 1 adult and 1 child (or 2 adults) and bring their own bed from home as part of the training process Puppies must be between 8-12 weeks, had their first vaccine and registered with us. We only have 6 slots per week available so book quickly!
