Over in Egypt, a young donkey near the brick kilns was hit by a car and left with a fractured leg. Thanks to your support, our vet team rushed to help and provided free vet treatment โ€“ applying a cast under anaesthetic and offering care advice to the owner.

๐ŸšจThis donkey, now named Rakan after his saviour, faced a horrific ordeal. Abandoned & set on fire, he was lucky we rescued him & was taken to our Nablus clinic in the West Bank. Our incredible vet, Dr Rakan fought to save him, even performing emergency surgery. See photos before & after.
