Hope you’ve all had a lovely Christmas and are looking forward to celebrating the arrival of a New Year 🥳

We’re all missing you, and looking forward to seeing you all soon. Here’s a glimpse of what Harper has been doing without his furiends around for company:

1) Harper and us were very spoilt on Christmas morning. Thank you once again to all of you for your kind wishes, gifts and cards
2) Harper got involved in the family Christmas games, he was on the yellow team and got given the headband by our nieces who’d organised the fun!
3) Harper enjoyed a beef rib joint from his Grandpawrents on Boxing Day. Of course he enjoyed sampling the tasty beef as well as being allowed a bone 🥩
4) Woodland walks
5) Rest and relaxation 💤
6) More muddy walks!

Wishing you all a happy and healthy 2024, enjoy celebrating in whatever style you prefer. We’ll be spending it in Cotswolds and hope to enjoy some more nice food and drink. Then it’ll be back to our holiday home so we can both have a glass in hand and watch the fireworks. Enjoy all 🥳🥂🍻🎆

As 2023 comes to an end, thought we’d share some fun facts about this year with you. We’re lucky to have regular clients and these numbers are all the different names we’ve had in our diary although not number of times visited! It doesn’t include visits to 2 family rabbits!

We’re forever grateful to all our clients and have loved another year of you trusting us with your fur babies and all the fun we’ve had. Lots of memories made and looking forward to many more to come in 2024. That being said, we did promise to update our socials in early 2024 about any spaces and unfortunately having reviewed our bookings for 2024, we won’t be opening our diary to any new clients for daycare or boarding unless anything dramatically changes or we have any cancellations. Thank you so much to all of you for putting your trust in us, we pinch ourselves everyday that we’re lucky to be able to do this.

Today we sadly say goodbye to this handsome boy who we’ve had the pleasure of looking after since July 2022 as he’s moving homes and out of the area 😢

More fun in the muddy fields and puddles today whilst playing with balls, leaves and sniffing out squirrels!

Our outdoor hot/cold tap is invaluable in this weather! Why is it that dogs love to play in cold water, although hate being showered down in cold water?! Once they realise it’s warm water, they normally come around much quicker!!

Yesterday we had a rare day off, so we went to Chatsworth Christmas market with where he got spoilt as always and tried out some bratwurst 🌭

On our last day before we break up thought we’d give you a small insight into our day…minus the graphic photos from a dog being sick in the car🤢😢 (He’s fine and sleeping it off now) Our day always starts with coffee for both of us! Ja went out on his first walk and I went off on mine. We then met back up and went on another walk, where Julie was finally able to meet 2 dogs she doesn’t usually get chance too. All walks today sadly showed us the devastation that storm pia has left behind, and we had to turn round on one route as it was blocked by a large fallen tree. After slight delay with detour we then went to meet a potential new dog walking client, now home with the aspiration of drinks being poured soon! Thank you all for our lovely Christmas wishes, cards and presents. We continue to feel very lucky and honoured that we get the opportunity to look after your precious fur babies.
