The first show in the region this year was at Rutland Showground and ably judged by Peter Gorringe Shutecombe Pedigree Jacob Sheep.

Champion was David and Jean Tuffneys aged ewe from the Kingsmore flock and reserve was the ewe lamb from the Sandall Family Glen Bank Jacobs.

Congratulations also to Sally Bothwell's The Buchanan Flock - Pedigree Jacob Sheep on winning the Ram lamb class and Joe's Garden Patch👨🏼‍🌾……Farmer Joe for winning the Shearling ewe class
