All we can say is that it will push your dog’s scent work abilities, build their confidence, and elevate their focus in ways you’ve never imagined. Every week, participants will face new challenges that will sharpen your teamwork and leave you eager for more.

Excellent sniffing at Watsons today! Every dog blew me away with how focused they were. There were lots of distractions but they all knew their job and showed off their skills. The atmosphere between the handlers was lovely to keep popping out to. It's great how everyone supports everyone!

Thank you so much Blue Lemon Dog Training for inviting me to twitter on about what I love!!! Today was 'Mastering Odour Dynamics' with Trail Hunt International . This course was tweaked for the audience to make it a full day with a rotation of amazing super sniffing dogs!
Everyone human and doglet were brilliant and the food was amazing. I will expect that now everyone I come up 😉

The beautiful Lola with her handler showing off her Level 2 Nosework games assessment rosette.
Lola has CDRM which has made her back legs quite wobbly (she isnt in any pain). However Lola still has all her marbles and loves her scentwork.
Scentwork is amazing for all dogs (and handlers) , we can adapt each exercise to suit all.
Well done team Lola keep smiling and doing what you love!

We were so lucky with the weather for the Halloween Nosework game trial today!

The biggest thank you to Linda Courtney and Ralph for letting us be involved on your charity 'Scentwork Superstars' charity afternoon. Nickie Hillary once again your cakes and tea making skills have earnt you a continued contract, thank you. Jane Potter I feel very full from your scones but it wasn't a hardship, thank you.
Those dogs worked their socks off and the handlers brains from working out the anagram 🤣
A great afternoon with great company, great weather and lots of fun.

Some super sniffers checked out Bentley Miniature Railway today. It's a scary place for some, the trains can move when they walk on them and there are lots of smells. Every dog aced it and confidence grew and all the hides were found even if heads were clonked with enthusiasm and dogs nearly jumped over trains with big leaps. Well done everyone!

It can't be said that we don't have fun in scent work!!!! Another 'Mastering Odour Dynamics' workshop today Trail Hunt International . The handlers left theirs dogs at home and put themselves in their dogs paws. It's great to see the handlers light bulb moment gaining more knowledge on odour.
For those following Buddy's residual challenge. He indicated on 8 week old residual. The dogs nose is just phenomenal!!!

That was a ridiculously wet morning for the Level 3 Nosework games today.

Everyone did amazingly in the conditions. The biggest thank you to Rhea for helping to score and stay on to help score the Level 1, thanks :-)

The second workshop of the day was dogless for the spectators and was 'Mastering Odour Dynamics' with Trail Hunt International . This group were such good sports and embraced every exercise! The videos (some are in comments) are well worth a watch and please see the info linked to each video.
The dog (and human) nose as we find out tonight is incredible. These handlers put themselves into the dogs paws to find out more about odour.
The take home from tonight is respect your odours. Contamination and residue are real!

Busy busy day today with two workshops. The first was at a favourite Watsons. The sun was shining so we made the most of being outside. The dogs were brilliant. Big mention to Ben whose confidence was absolutely brilliant today, Well done Jenny.
The handlers who let their dog search without nagging and cleared the areas with all the finds found! The amazing rewards for searching taking on what we had learnt in lesson this week.
The dogs were shattered by the last search. You were all fantastic. Well done!

I held two part 2 Trail Hunt International sessions today. The first this morning we went off campus so had lots of distractions and the public. Each and every dog aced it and their own challenges of even the car ride to the venue. This evening we started off with a bit of sun then a rainbow then an absolute down pour!!! The dogs and handlers were brilliant and really took their part 1 skills to the next level!
