‼️‼️ PLEASE READ‼️‼️
Hi Everyone,
We hate having to do posts like this but unfortunately we are left with no other option. So far in April we have lost £349 with people missing appointments or cancelling/rearranging at the last minute meaning we are unable to fill the missed appointments. We appreciate that things can come up and you may need to reschedule your appointment but as a small business, we simply cannot afford to go on this way. Going forward, we will now be sending a payment link for a deposit of 50% of the grooming fee the week before your scheduled appointment. Failure to pay within 24 hours will result in your appointment being cancelled. The deposit will be non refundable, unless your appointment is cancelled with 48 hours notice. We have previously tried to implement this but unfortunately we were having some people ignoring our deposit requests and either not showing up at all or showing up to their appointment without paying the deposit anyway.
Final payments must also be complete on the day of your dogs appointment, otherwise you may incur a late payment fee.
We hope that you can understand why we have had to bring in this new system but we want to ensure we can continue pampering your pooches for as long as possible!

Polite notice -

As the weather is now warmer, flea and tick season is upon us. Please can we ask that all dogs are up to date with their flea treatments and if you suspect your dog has fleas, that you let us know so we can reschedule your appointment.
If we find fleas on your dog, there will be an extra charge to cover our costs as we close & deep clean/treat our salon to prevent spreading them to other dogs. Thanks 🐾🧡

Looks like the hot weather is here to stay this week ☀️

Please take extra care with your dogs & only walk them early in the morning and later at night when it’s much cooler.

Can we also ask that customers don’t walk their dogs to their appointments this week for safety reason. If you are unable to bring your dog in a car please let us know, we may have to rearrange your appointment.
