If you fancy something to do on Christmas Eve that's for an amazing cause, then why not watch the amazing tractor run. Starts 4pm at Bridgeroyd, along to Todmorden and Walsden, over the tops past the Whitehouse, down the hill to Mytholmroyd, through Hebden Bridge with a trip up to Heptonstall and back to Bridgeroyd. Amazing atmosphere and a true spectacle to behold.

Saturday Social this Saturday, 6/12/25, 11-00am until 12-00pm. Only £8/ dog family.
Come and have a chat to other frustrated humans about selected deafness, no total recall, barking at leaves and other dog silliness whilst your dog plays, burning their energy off and gossiping to their doggy pals about annoying humans spoiling their fun. 😁

It's a mast year for acorns which means there are a phenomenal amount of acorns being dropped by oak trees this year.

There's also the added complication of perfect growing conditions for fungi.

Most are harmless in small quantities.

If your dog is a greedy guts and will eat anything it may be a good idea to muzzle them for a few weeks around the dog park.

It's a natural site and we like to encourage the flora and forna to enhance the smells for dogs noses and keep their interest.

Its also impossible to stop nature being nature.

The weather has definitely turned autumnal so don't forget footwear suitable for the conditions.
