We are a Veterinary practice that has opened up in the heart of Hednesford. Meet the team! Kathryn Carder BVSc BSc MRCVS Head Veterinary Surgeon Kathryn is our Head Veterinary Surgeon here at Hednesford. She qualified in 2010 from Bristol University. Her interests included surgery, imaging and dermatology. She is also currently studying for a certificate in exotic animals and we are seeing increasing numbers of exotic pets as first opinion cases. She has a beautiful baby girl and enjoys running on the chase in her spare time. Sarah Jones RVN Head Veterinary Nurse Sarah is our Head Nurse here at Hednesford Animal Hospital. She obtained her degree in Nursing from the Royal Veterinary College, University of London in 2009. Her passions lie in nurses clinics and surgical nursing. She has four cats called Harry, Alfie, Mattie and Milo. Kim Arblaster SVN Kim started her Veterinary Nurse training in September 2015. Her interests lie in theatre, in-patient care and working in our in-house laboratory. She has two bunnies called Tiger and Honey, who she says are very cheeky. She is a kind and enthusiastic nurse who we are sure will pass her exams with flying colors. Emily Lewis SVN Emily joined the group in 2012 and is one of our student nurses. She is a confident nurse who enjoys all areas of nursing. She has two beautiful cats called Lucy and Holly.
