I am currently working through my paperwork to send out terms and conditions.
I am thinking about taking deposits as I had 5 last minute cancellation in the last 3 weeks, I get that emergency come up but when the excuse is work commitments its a bit upsetting as this is my work and I now have no work😪 and can't fill the spaces at such short notice. I'm nearly fully booked in June so there's no space to move the dogs that have missed there appointment to. Which then means they've went from a normal groom to a overdue groom, which is more stressful on the dog and harsher on the equipment.
Dogs get stressed when they're not regularly groomed.😪

Fleas and Ticks are out in force at the moment 😭 please make sure your pets treatment is up to date.
If you think your pet has fleas PLEASE check and check again. If I find fleas on your pet I will give your pet a flea treatment which will only kill the fleas on the animal. I will then stop groom and they will need collected right away. I will still charge full groom plus extra £20.
As a person fleas do not bother me at all and I totally understand most animals will catch them at one point, As a business this means I need to dispose of my washing equipment (sponge,towels) I also have to use a flea bomb and then have to cancel all appointments for the rest of the day(so loss of earnings) ,I also have very little space to move the later appointments to,which means I'm then working hours I don't normally work.
Ticks I will happily remove free of charge but will advise you to keep a eye/visit vets as some Ticks can carry Lyme disease.
