❗️I'm taking bookings now❗️

Thank you all for being so patient with me during my maternity leave, I'm now taking bookings for when I start back from the 15th of April, I'm so excited to see you all and your furbabies again and get back into the world of working! 🐶
Send me a private message to get booked in. Please bare with me while I get back to individual messages, I'll try my best to reply as quickly as possible while I run around after my 3 crazy kids. 🤪
Booking fees of £20 are still required, which must be paid at the time of booking. 💰
I absolutely hate doing it but there will be a slight price increase on my return due to rising costs, new prices will be given to you at the time of booking. ❤️

Finally, I want to thank you all for your continued support and loyalty over the past 11 years. Time has really flew by and I wouldn't be doing what I absolutely love if it wasn't for all of you! 🥰

❗️ Update Returning in April ❗️

Hello, I hope all my customers are keeping well. Here is the post you all have been waiting for!

My maternity leave is finally up from the 15th of April, and I will be taking bookings from the 1st of April. 🐶
I've had a wonderful time while off on maternity leave, spending lots of time with my family. However, I'm so looking forward to being back doing what I love and giving all my furbabies big cuddles again 🥰

I hope everyone and their furbabies are keeping well. Little update on when I plan to return to work after maternity leave in Spring 2024 around April time, I'll be taking bookings closer to then and will keep you all informed. I've been enjoying my little break and soaking in all the baby cuddles, thought you guys would appreciate these pictures as much as me of little Ruairidh 🐶

I'm missing all my furry friends and looking forward to seeing you all again in the new year ❤️

I hope all my lovely customers and furbabies are keeping well 🐶
I have just realised I totally forgot to update my page a few weeks ago that I'm now officially on maternity leave until (roughly) Spring 2024. 👶🏻

Please note that any calls or messages will not be responded until then, I will be in contact with everyone as soon as I'm taking bookings again. The next page update will be when my little man has arrived, not long to go now! 💙

I want to say a huge thank you to all my wonderful clients who have been so supportive and understanding throughout my not so easy pregnancy. 🥰

It's time for me to sign out and get some well-deserved rest until little one makes his appearance very soon!

👶 Maternity Leave 👶

Due to a lot of pain that this pregnancy is causing, my plans to continue up until my due date has sadly changed. I'll be finishing up over the next few weeks for maternity leave, I'm no longer taking any bookings and just working my way through dogs that are currently booked in over the upcoming weeks.
At the moment I don't know when exactly I will be returning other than it will be sometime in the new year but I will keep you all informed when I do.
I will miss every one of my customer's and my amazing furbabies, Hopefully I will see you all again after baby is here.

This is a great example of how the coat can look matt free but underneath close to the skin is completely solid matted and very painful pulling on the skin. This matt felt very smooth and fluffy when patting over it but if I felt deeper in past the smooth fur I could feel the hard clump underneath that was pulling on the skin and once removed you can see exactly how thick and hard that matts looks underneath that fluffy outer coat

Explains matting in the undercoat perfectly, its very important to use the correct brushes and brush right down to the skin especially in the winter months. Best way to brush is starting from the feet working your way up using a slicker brush and part the coat into sections making sure you get everywhere including inside of legs and armpits, then going over with a metal comb to make sure you have got all the tugs out, daily brushing is very important to prevent matting 😊

The neck (where the collar sits), chest, ears, beard, belly, tail, legs (remembering the inside of the legs) and especially the armpits are the most important areas to brush, if your dog won't sit still try putting them up somewhere high like a high table or getting someone to hold them, daily brushing is very important, feel free to share
