Double clear in the British Novice, hectic ride but very much clear 😂
A pole in her first 95 which caused her a bit of upset as she’s such a careful cat. Calmed her back down with a circle but she actually jumped that round much better than the bn!
Super pleased with her, note the martingale-less vibe - she likes to be able to use her neck so we have to put up with a few llama 🦙 moments to allow her the freedom when she does get it right 😁

Chuck working well in the on and back trot in his lesson with @caracentrelinecoaching tonight 🥰 I can always feel it when I’ve been a bit slack with his work - with vet checks/X-rays/physio appointments, we haven’t been doing as much and by god does it show in just a week or two! Thank god for Cara whipping me into some sort of shape. This pure dressage stuff is harrrrddddd. I find it easy to just trit trot around the outside looking pretty and working correctly, but when it gets a bit hard for him (and me) I just give him a pat and tell him he’s so clever. Chuck was mega the other week in our training session with Cara Hayward, Centre Line Coaching. Here we are working on travers across the diagonal to help with our half passes in trot and canter. The poles Cara set out were to get me to be stricter with riding into the corners which gives more room to leave the track in the correct place and not be ‘sloppy’😂 at the start of a movement!
