Due to the sale of one of our lovely residents 😔 we have a rare Full/Retirement livery space available for a gelding.

We are a fun, friendly, relaxed yard in Aconbury, Hereford, based on our 200 acre sheep farm.

We let horses be horses and no one takes their self too seriously!

We offer:
*Group turnout.
* Hacking into Aconbury Woods.
*Floodlit 18 x 35m Sand and fibre School
*Lovely big 25 x 10ft stables.
*All year round turnout available.
*Round pen

Full /Retirement Livery Includes:

Stable
Turnout available all year.

Daily mucking out.
Turning out/Bringing in
Rug changes.
Organising farrier and vet , physio, dentist.
Worming programme.

Weigh day today for all at Kings Pitts Equestrian - Full & Retirement LIvery .

From donkeys to Shires and in between, they were all weighed and body scored!

We were so pleased with the weight and condition of all horses! Such an important thing to do to keep our horses happy and healthy!!

Smart 14.1hh Chestnut Section D Welsh Cob Gelding. 8 years old.

Looking for a kind forever home to continue his education.

Tino is looking for an understanding owner who wants to have some fun.

Although he is 8, he has very low mileage. He gains his confidence from his rider so wouldnt be suitable for a novice.

He will hack alone or in company and is happy at the back or front. He is brilliant with traffic and not spooky or sharp.

Tino would make a brilliant Le Trec or endurance pony for a small adult.

He is still green in the school and wouldn't appreciate a home where he spent alot of time schooling!
However, he has lovely movement!

On the ground he has lovely manners. He didnt have the best start in life so can be wary of the farrier and vet but over time he is becoming more trusting.

He is good to catch and load.

Homes will be vetted for this special little man.

Meet Tino...otherwise known as Welshie!

Tino came to us a few weeks ago on schooling/sales livery. He hadn't had the best start in life and his lovely owner was struggling on her own with no facilities to sort some challenging behaviours.
He was scared of the farrier, the vet and very nappy.

We have done lots of ground work and long reining and this week jumped on board. Hes been an absolute star!

He's even had his vaccinations and the farrier.

Patience, kindness and clear boundaries have paid off. Slowly does it!

Someone is going to have a some fun on this boy! We love him!
