We request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your dog’s appointment to give us time to fill the it. Any less than 48 hours notice or no shows will be charged at the full rate of the groom.

💜 Ella 💜 A little fun fact about Ella. She is a Mental Health assistance dog who specialises in deep pressure therapy. She is trained to monitor her owners heart rate and react accordingly when it gets too high. This is to help prevent certain behaviours from her owner. I’m always to amazing when Ella comes into the salon, as it’s so clever that these beautiful creatures can help us so much with our mental health in ways we wouldn’t think of. 🫶🏼
