British Eventing and Chef de Mission David Sheerin Equestrian Coach FBHS of Wellington Riding School are pleased to announce the final 21 riders selected for the European 3* Cup squad British 3-Star Eventing Team.

Designed to bridge the gap to top international level, the CCI3* European Cup Championship is an international championship specifically aimed at CCI3*-S level riders. It has been a stepping stone for many 5* riders including European and World Champion Ros Canter.

The squad is headed up by David Sheerin in his role of Chef de Mission and Kylie Roddy in the position of Chef dโ€™Equipe.

Congratulations to the rider and horse combinations who have been selected.

Great afternoon spent at Oxstalls XC. Such a lovely welcoming place to go schooling.

After setting 2020 goals it's down to preparing the horses for the new season. It started with lots of hacking then on to flat work and grids. With the grass out of bounds due to the wet weather we started looking around the local venues to stop them getting bored with the arena. Allenshill runs a really useful combined training which gave us a chance to try the new BE2* test and jump a 2* show jump course. Both Marcus and Tango jumped clear with Tango coming out on top with 29.8% and Marcus just 0.5% behind in 2nd place. We came across a great motivational video of Mac going clear xc at the Rockingham Castle 3* thanks to a great deal from An Eventful Life NAF Equine Products UK #fedontopspec

This is a little late but Tango went to Pontispool and had another top 5 finish with a fantastic 2nd place. This lovely horse always tries his best ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’• #fedontopspec
