Poppy came to the salon for her first puppy intro session. She was a little superstar.
Our puppy intro sessions help your pup get confident with the grooming process and salon environment.
The introduction includes a bath with a gentle puppy shampoo, a gentle blow dry with our adjustable driers, a paw tidy and gentle face tidy. This is a great oppuntuntity for your puppy to hear the sound of clippers and feel the vibration so they know what to expect when they have their full groom. If your pup is not comfortable we can build on their confidence with further puppy intros. We recommend booking your puppy in between 10-12 weeks (after second vaccinations).
Building trust and confidence early will help your puppy have stress free visits to the groomers for years to come.

I wanted to take a moment to share an important update regarding the pricing to some of my services. Effective from 1st August 2023, there will be a price increase for some of my services.

I truly value your trust and loyalty, and I want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. I continuously strive to provide you with exceptional service and create a delightful experience for each visit.

Factors such as rising costs of supplies and ongoing investments in training and product quality have necessitated this adjustment. This change will enable me to maintain the high standards and personalized attention that your dog deserves.

I am sincerely grateful for your understanding and ongoing support. If you have any questions or would like to discuss any specific concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me, and I am here to address any queries you may have.

We are very excited to introduce to you Pawson’s Grooming Salon and Spa, through our love of dogs we decided to follow our dreams and start a new career in grooming your adorable dogs. Our passion for dogs started at an early age where we were often found helping out at our grandparents boarding kennels, whether we were putting pig tails in our favourite Briard or bathing a litter of Golden Retriever puppies we simply adored every moment of spending time with these beautiful dogs. At Pawson’s we believe that your dog deserves the best and having a special pampering experience is a must due to all the love they give us, its time we gave them something back.
