Herne Bay Pet Shop is a long established, independent business located in the heart of Herne Bay. Our friendly team - Rob, Sarah, Amy, Clare, Lara, Kiera, and Annabelle - own a variety of animals so can offer help and advice backed up by personal experience. We offer a free local door-to-door delivery service covering Herne Bay and the surrounding areas from Reculver to Whitstable, Canterbury and

everywhere in-between! In stock there is always a wide range of products catering for all sorts of pets including dogs, cats, cage birds, chickens, fish or small "furries" such as rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, ferrets or chinchillas. We also have a large section dedicated to feeding wildlife - birds, ducks and hedgehogs. We are passionate about providing a great service at good value to all of our customers and their pets. We are open until 4pm on Xmas Eve.
Delivery slots still available on the 24th, and then after Xmas on the 27th, and 31st.

And not forgetting the smaller pets such as rabbits, Guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, chinchillas, and ferrets. We have them covered as well!
The small animal section may be at the back of the shop, but it’s well stocked with food, toys, treats, bedding, and enrichment accessories.

👋 Meet the team 👋
Usually we promote our products and services... but this time we're focussing on ourselves!
We are a small team made up of Amy, Jensen (Amy's son), Rob, Lara, and Kiera.

Between us we own a number of pets which include dogs, cats, snakes, birds (from finches to parrots), spiders, frogs, and reptiles.
Outside of the shop we have many and varied hobbies including martial arts, horse-riding, dancing and metal-detecting.

Not pictured are Sarah (she works during evenings to place orders and redress stock when the shop is closed), and Bella (who is often here during the day, but missed the photo because she was still asleep that morning! 😂)

We've worked together now for a number of years and enjoy what we do whilst having a laugh at the same time!

We are a family run business managed by husband and wife team Rob and Sarah (with the "help" of our 9yr old son Ed). We are also assisted during the week by our team - Amy, Sara and Jasmin.
