What a lovely review from this lovely couple. They travelled for an hour to visit us, and unfortunately, we were missing just the right piece they needed to make their perfect fit harness... fit perfect... lesson learned 😊

Their dog still had an unforgettable and positive experience with us abd we hope to see them back in future!

Harness fitting... and more!

This lovely young Collie came in this week for a new harness.

Terri was on hand to discuss their needs and requirements.

They tried a couple of different sizes and tested them out in the shop.

With 15 years of dog training experience, Terri was able to watch how the dog moved to make an educated decision.

On top of that, lead choices were discussed, the pros and cons of retractable leads, and how they affect a young dogs training.

Some advice was also given on improving lead walking, local training classes were recommended, and the client walked away with a list of contacts to explore.

We’ve come across some small cages, but this one is among the smallest we've seen. 😮 Here, you can see a store-bought enclosure for a hamster that we've taken in, compared to the average setup!

The ideal home for a hamster is a tank or aquarium, as it provides plenty of space, height, and opportunities for them to dig and explore.
